Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms had a retro 60's vibe, but they were not clean and had an unpleasing smell, possibly due to smoking in non-smoking rooms. Some renovation was desperately needed. On the bright side, the rooms were still comfortable during my stay.
Although the reception area is impressive, the rooms are quite basic and felt somewhat dirty; unfortunately, there was no iron available. On the upside, the service was welcoming and prompt in addressing our needs, offering a more relaxed and fun approach. The location is ideal for exploring the Keys or the Everglades, surrounded by great dining options. The breakfast spread was surprisingly good, featuring a variety of options, but there was some disappointment with the shower control malfunction. Overall, the hotel offers a mixed experience with some notable positives and negatives.
I had to deal with getting flea bites in the room, which cost me $500 in airline tickets; it was the worst stay I've ever had. Sadly, the hotel didn't live up to my expectations and looked old, but on the bright side, there were a microwave and refrigerator in the room.
My stay at this hotel was a complete disappointment. The rooms were in terrible condition, with squeaky and broken beds, rusty bathrooms, and old, stinky furniture straight out of the 70s. I even found syringes and ants in the room, making it the worst hotel experience of my life. The only positive was the friendly cleaning crew, as the front desk employees were rude and obnoxious. I strongly advise against staying here.
The hotel's location is convenient with friendly staff, comfortable rooms, and a variety of breakfast options. The dining experience may not be suitable for all dietary needs. The price offers value for money, and the location near the shopping center adds to the appeal.
The hotel has a great location near many excellent restaurants, but the rooms with 2 queen beds need updating as they had circuit fall-outs and showed signs of age and stains. The location, while convenient for races and airport travels, had a slight smell of water damage masked by sprays. Dining options included a decent selection of breakfast items. Overall, the hotel offers a mix of positives and areas that need improvement in terms of room conditions and service availability.
